Frequently-asked questions
Do I have to set up each field in a form individually?
No. FormStatus will automatically detect your form fields and determine what kind of content is needed to submit it successfully.
What if my form has specific submission requirements?
If you have specific validation requirements that prevent our automated submission data from succeeding, you can override the submission value for any individual form field to fit the requirements of your form.
Can I test multi-page forms?
Yes, FormStatus can handle submission of multi-page forms for most of our officially supported webform partners.
How do you monitor email notifications?
When setting up a new form, a private address will be generated and transmitted to the companion plugin during testing. After a submission is made, FormStatus will monitor that form’s private inbox to ensure that the notification is successfully received.
Will testing slow down my website?
No. Our automations run directly on our own dedicated architecture and test your site using a Chrome web browser – just like a normal visitor.
What if I have more than one form on my website?
You can monitor an unlimited number of forms. Just add the unique URL of each page as a separate form in FormStatus. If you have multiple forms on a page, you’ll be given the opporunity to choose which forms to monitor.
Ready to stop worrying about failed forms for good?
We’ll catch any issues before your client ever notices. They’ll think you’re a genius. We won’t tell. 🤫
