Manage forms across websites

Give each form a name that identifies both the site and its purpose, such as “Example Agency: contact form.” Use the full public page URL when adding a form.

Review each form’s latest status from the Forms page. Open its logs to investigate a failure instead of relying only on the summary status.

Edit a form to set its monitoring schedule and notification recipients. Choose recipients who can act on failures for that website. Check these settings when a site changes ownership or a team member leaves.

Pause a form during planned maintenance and enable it again afterward. Run a manual test when maintenance is complete.

If you work in more than one team or account, confirm the selected account before adding a form or changing billing settings.
